How can i register a complaint against my Accredited Training Course Provider?

Accredited Training Course customers and attendees who discover a non-conformance in the Accredited Training Course should first report such non-conformance to the Organization. If the Organization does not address the non-conformance within 30 calendar days, the issue may be raised to the Certification Authority, along with justification for why the claimant believes there is a non-conformance. Recourse should always be made through normal communication channels with the Organization before escalation to the Certification Authority.
