To fix this, you need to cancel the originally scheduled exam and schedule a new exam. This is because the exam’s cost and tax depend on the country or region where you will take the exam. Please note that it must be processed at least 24 hours prior to the exam appointment date, to avoid the fee being forfeited as per our policy.
Meanwhile for immediate assistance, it is highly recommended to reach out to the Pearson VUE customer support directly, as they have direct access to your exam appointments, and can provide you with alternatives. They usually respond within 3-5 business days.
