What can I do if i disagree with a decision made by The Open Group?

Candidates may appeal decisions made by The Open Group within 30 days of the decision notice. Grounds for appeal include disagreements over problem report resolutions, certification denial, or notices of agreement violations. Appeals must include a reasoned statement and supporting evidence.

The process may involve third-party review and can be conducted anonymously if requested. The Open Group will respond within 60 days, possibly seeking expert or internal input. All decisions made through the appeals process are final and not subject to further appeal.
