If you are attempting to unlock the TOGAF® Practice Tests in The Open Group Learning Management System (LMS) and receive an “incorrect enrollment key” message, it is often due to selecting the wrong practice test course.
Check You Are Accessing the Correct Practice Test
The TOGAF Certification Portfolio includes multiple different sets of practice tests, each aligned to a specific learning path.
Common causes of incorrect key errors include:
- Attempting to use a key for a different TOGAF learning path
- Selecting a practice test course that does not match the product you purchased
- Entering the key in the wrong course within MoodleCloud
Before retrying, confirm that the course you are attempting to unlock matches the exact practice test product listed in your purchase confirmation.
