The later versions of Adobe Reader may not open some of the locked pdf files provided due to the reader no longer supporting the encryption method used to lock the file. We are in the process of updating the locked pdf files to use newer encryption.
If you encounter the issue we recommend you try an alternate pdf reader:
- on MacOS please use the Preview tool
- on Microsoft Windows please use Microsoft Edge
