Some publications in The Open Group Library are available exclusively to employees of members. If you attempt to download a “FREE MEMBERS PDF” and receive an “Unauthorized” message, it usually indicates that your account is not recognized as belonging to a member organization or that your email address is not associated with your organization’s membership.

Why You May See an “Unauthorized” Message
Access to member‑only publications requires:
- An account associated with a current member organization, and
- A recognized corporate email address belonging to that organization.
If either of these conditions is not met, the system will prevent access and display an “Unauthorized” message.
Check Whether Your Organization Is a Member
You can confirm whether your company is part of The Open Group membership community by reviewing the current list of member organizations:

If your organization is not listed, you will not have access to member‑only publications.
