If you need a copy of the invoice or payment receipt for a purchase made through The Open Group Shop, you can download it directly from your shop account. Follow the steps below to access your order history and retrieve your invoice.
Step‑by‑Step Instructions
1. Sign in to Your Shop Account
Go to the Shop login page:
https://shop.opengroup.org/customer/account/
Enter your account credentials to access your dashboard.
2. Open Your Account Dashboard
After logging in, you will be taken to your Account Dashboard, which displays your most recent order.
If you are not automatically redirected, you can click My Account at the top of the page.
3. View Your Order
In the dashboard:
- Locate your most recent order
- Select View Order to open the order details page
4. Download Your Invoice
Within the order details page:
- Click the Invoices link
- Select the invoice you wish to download
- Save or print the invoice as needed
This provides you with an official invoice or payment receipt for your records.
