Candidates who have multiple voucher or promotion codes may wish to book several exams in a single transaction. However, the Pearson VUE booking system has limitations that prevent this. This article explains why and how to proceed.
Why the System Won’t Accept Multiple Voucher Codes
The Pearson VUE scheduling system allows only one discount or promotion code per booking.
This is a system-wide limitation and applies to all exam programs delivered through Pearson VUE, including The Open Group.
As a result, if you attempt to book two exams in the same transaction, the system will not allow you to apply two separate voucher codes.
How to Use Both Voucher Codes
To use both vouchers, you must:
- Create two separate exam bookings
- Book Exam 1 → Apply Voucher Code 1
- Book Exam 2 → Apply Voucher Code 2
- Complete each booking individually.
This ensures each voucher is applied correctly and avoids payment or scheduling errors.
