1. Your Pearson Account May Be Blocked

- Once the block is lifted, you can proceed with booking your exam.

2. You May Be in a Country Where Credit Card Payments Are Not Accepted
Pearson does not accept credit card payments in the following countries:
Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Benin, Cameroon, Gambia, Ghana, Lebanon, Nigeria, Pakistan, Senegal, Tanzania, Togo, Uganda

Candidates in these countries may arrange payment directly with the Test Center where they plan to take the exam.
