Admission Policy (Test Centers)
- Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

- In this case, the full exam fee is forfeited.
Identification (ID) Requirements
You must bring two forms of identification to the test center.
- Review Pearson’s ID requirements before your appointment.
- Exams cannot be delivered without the correct forms of ID.
- Candidates taking a proctored exam will also be photographed as part of the check‑in process.
- Pearson administrators may refuse to seat you if they cannot properly verify your identity.
Reschedule Policy
- You must contact Pearson at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to reschedule.
- Rescheduling within 48 hours or failing to attend your appointment may result in forfeiting your exam fee.
Cancellation Policy

- Cancelling within 48 hours or missing your exam may result in forfeiting your exam fee.
