In this help center you can search a set of FAQs, submit help requests and review your request history.
To submit a help request, click on "Submit a request" at the top of the page. To see a list of your submitted requests, or to search them, choose "My activities" from the drop-down menu at the top right.

The Help Center is designed to make it easy to find answers quickly or contact support when needed.
Submitting a Support Request
If you can’t find the answer you need, you can contact The Open Group Help Desk team.
How to submit a request
- Click Submit a request at the top of the Help Center.
- Choose the appropriate request type (e.g., Bookstore, Certification and Accreditation, General, Publications).
- Fill in the required fields, including:
- Your name
- Email address
- Certification or program (if applicable)
- A clear description of your issue
- Attach any relevant files (screenshots, receipts, confirmation emails).
- Click Submit.
You will receive an email confirmation with your ticket number.
Managing Your Support Tickets
If you are signed in, you can view your ticket history.
To view your tickets
- Click your profile icon (top right).
- Select My activities.
- You will see:
- Open tickets
- Solved tickets
- Requests you are CC’d on
You can click any ticket to view updates or reply to the support team.
Signing In to the Help Center
Some features require signing in, such as:
- Viewing your ticket history
- Accessing member‑only content
- Seeing your certification‑related requests
You can sign in using your account credentials for The Open Group website.
