I’m certified, why haven’t I received my badge?

If you have recently certified, please allow up to 10 business days to be contacted regarding your badge. The Open Group badge team will send you an email requesting you click a link in the email to grant permission to The Open Group to pass your certification record details to our third-party provider, Credly, Inc.. Once you have opted in, your badge will be issued within 10 business days. You will then receive an email notification from Credly (admin@credly.com) with instructions for claiming your badge and setting up your account.
