All of The Open Group certification exams are delivered through Pearson, our official examination provider. Because Pearson manages all scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation functions, The Open Group cannot modify exam appointments on your behalf.
How to Reschedule Your Exam
To reschedule your exam appointment, you must do this via your Pearson account.

- Registration system access
The Open Group does not have access to Pearson’s registration systems and therefore cannot make changes or provide detailed assistance with scheduling issues.
