All of The Open Group certification exams are delivered through Pearson VUE, our official examination provider. Because Pearson VUE manages all scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation functions, The Open Group cannot modify exam appointments on your behalf.
How to Reschedule Your Exam
To reschedule your exam appointment, you must do this via your Pearson VUE account.

- Rescheduling and cancellations
- Appointment confirmations
- Registration system access
The Open Group does not have access to Pearson VUE’s registration systems and therefore cannot make changes or provide detailed assistance with scheduling issues.
